JUST IN: APC Senator Fires Back at PDP Governor Over Banditry Allegation
Politics tamfitronics Senator Shehu Umar Buba (APC-Bauchi South) has rejected allegations of supporting banditry, labeling them as “fabricated and malicious.” POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the accusations were made by Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed (PDP) in a petition to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.Governor Mohammed claimed that Senator Buba facilitated the registration of a suspected bandit, Abubakar Idris, and another individual, Zainab Aliyu Gado, for the Hajj pilgrimage through a legislative aide named Yahaya Ibrahim.
