Tistalents is the talent and freelance branch of TAMFIS NIG LTD. Alongside its general professional services, engineering talent is held to a stricter standard: every profile rests on documents checked at source, so a bid or a mobilisation plan names people whose qualifications are confirmed, not just claimed.
The standard
Three things every profile is held to
Kept current
Each credential is recorded with its issuer and its own expiry date, because certificates lapse independently of the person. A hazardous-area or safety certificate is never assumed to be valid.
Ready to name in a bid
Teams are assembled by discipline and current credentials, so the people named in a proposal are people who can actually be mobilised.
How verification works
Five distinct statuses, never one vague badge
A profile shows exactly where it stands. The word Verified appears only against a profile that has completed every step.

Network capacity
Personnel by discipline
Only aggregate figures are ever shown, computed from approved records. Individual details, CVs and certificates are never public.
The network is being established
Profiles are shown as Verified only once they have been checked, so no count is published until approved records exist. No figure on this site is estimated.
For clients
Ask for named, verified personnel to be mobilised on a scope of work. Mobilisation is arranged through TAMFIS NIG LTD as the contracting party.
Technical manpower enquiryFor engineers and technicians
Qualified professionals can ask to be considered for the network through the contact route. There is no public job board and no open application portal.
Contact usWhat Tistalents is not. It is operated by TAMFIS NIG LTD as part of the company's work and is not a separately registered entity. It is not a recruitment agency and does not place people into employment. Recruitment and manpower outsourcing carry their own licensing under Nigerian law, and the company will not offer them until those requirements are met.
