US President Donald Trump on Wednesday announced that the headquarters of US Space Command will be relocated to Huntsville, Alabama, reversing a Biden-era decision to keep it at its temporary base in Colorado. “The US Space Command headquarters will move to the beautiful locale of a place called Huntsville, Alabama, forever to be known from this point forward as Rocket City,” Trump said at the Oval Office, flanked by Alabama’s Republican congressional delegation. “We had a lot of competition for this and Alabama’s getting it. They fought harder for it than anybody else.” The announcement ended a four-year tussle between Alabama and Colorado, as well as between Trump and Biden administrations, over the facility. Amish Woman Charged With Murder in Drowning Death of 4-Year-Old Son

The Ohio mother accused of drowning her 4-year-old son at Atwood Lake last month was released from a mental health facility and booked into jail on Monday. Ruth Miller is expected to appear in court for a bond hearing on Friday. On Tuesday, Judge Nanette VonAllman ordered her to have no contact “with protected persons” but did not say who those persons were, WKYC reported. In addition to her son, Vincen Miller, Miller’s husband, Marcus Miller, drowned in the lake on August 23, as CrimeOnline reported. Police were called to the scene later in the day when she allegedly drove a golf cart carrying her three other children — a 15-year-old girl and twin 18-year-0ld boys — into the lake.
