Sokoto APC Backs Tinubu’s Leadership, Passes Vote of Confidence on President

The Sokoto State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed its support for the leadership exemplified by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

The party therefore passed a vote of confidence on the Nigerian leader.

The State APC Chairman Hon. Isah Sadiq Achida praised President Tinubu for his efforts to improve the lives of Sokoto residents.

“We applaud the President for honoring Sokoto with two ministerial positions,” Achida said. “This demonstrates his appreciation for our party’s contributions to his presidential victory.”

Achida listed several development projects in Sokoto, including the 1068km Superhighway and the Sokoto-Gusau-Zaria road.

“The President has proven his commitment to our state’s growth,” Achida stated. “We confidently endorse his vision for Nigeria’s progress.”

“The president has shamed our detractors and reenforced our belief that he is a man of honour who always stands by his true friends,” Achida added.

Aside from announcing a vote of confidence in President Tinubu, the APC chairman also affirmed confidence on the leadership of Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wammako, and Governor Ahmed Aliyu.
