Lifestyle The Hip-Hop community has been mourning the loss of Rich Homie Quan ever since the unfortunate news came out in September. Less than one month later, his cause of death has been revealed.TMZ obtained the medical examiner report from Fulton County in Georgia which confirmed an accidental overdose caused his death. Reportedly, the late Atlanta rapper had the combination of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, and promethazine in his system; THC was also found in his system, but it was not included in the drugs that caused his ultimate demise. The report also stated that his body did not show any signs of trauma upon being examined. The “Lifestyle” rapper was found dead in his home on Sept. 5.
