1 dead, 10 injured in fire in Pasig City

A minor boy was killed, while 10 others were slightly injured in a fire that broke out in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City this Sunday morning. In a GMA News report "24 Oras Weekend," The Bureau of Fire Protection said up to 20 houses were burned and at least 60 families were left homeless. The cause of the fire that reached the second alarm is still being investigated. In a separate report by Carlo Mateo of Super Radyo dzBB, Carlo Mateo, a resident said that the fire started in a house without electricity. The fire reportedly started at 3:47 am on Acacia Street. Qatar-based news channel Al Jazeera said its cameraman Ahmed al-Louh was killed “in an Israeli bombardment” that targeted Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
