Youth arrested following deadly stabbing at Melbourne shopping area

Top Stories Tamfitronics One teenage boy is dead and another is in custody after a food court stabbing in Melbourne’s west.It is understood a 15-year-old and 16-year-old boy became involved in a verbal altercation in an outdoor area at Woodgrove Shopping Centre in Melton West just before midday.The altercation became physical before the younger boy allegedly produced a knife and stabbed the older boy multiple times before he left the scene towards High Street.The scene outside the shopping centre. Top Stories Tamfitronics MINEOLA, Texas (KETK) – The Mineola Police Department in Texas said they are searching for a sign that was stolen from the local Dairy Queen for the second time recently.Photo courtesy of Mineola PD.According to the police department, the sign pictured to the left, was initially reported stolen on Aug. 14, 2024. In 2022, when the sign was stored behind the Dairy Queen during a remodel, it was stolen for the first time and then returned to its stored location.Upon its return, officials said the sign was mounted to the side of the building and now it has been stolen from that spot too.Anyone with information into the sign’s disappearance is asked to contact Mineola PD at 903-569-6294.
