Impeaching Nigeria’s President is Impossible — Former Speaker Yakubu Dogara Declares, Gives Reason

According to Dogara, Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution creates serious barriers to removing a sitting president, no matter the circumstances. The former Speaker spoke at a gathering of lawmakers advocating for a shift to a parliamentary system.
