The Connect app-based tool can be used to track your daily habits, like your exercise, journaling and caffeine consumption. Some smartwatch users have reported that they can already find this setting, though it is unclear when it will be available for everyone.An improvement for the new Garmin Lifestyle Logging tool appears to to be rolling out. This feature arrived with the Venu 4 smartwatch (curr. from $528.09 at Amazon) in September 2025.
