Teenager charged with murder after mum’s body found near football fields

An 18-year-old man has been charged with murder after the body of a woman was found in Prestatyn last week. Tristan Thomas Roberts has been charged after Angela Shellis, 45, was found dead near football fields in the Morfa area close to Dawson Drive on Friday, October 24.

The 18-year-old of Coniston Drive, Prestatyn, has been remanded in police custody.

Wales weather forecast today

A windy and rainy day has been forecast across Wales by the Met Office.

A Met Office spokesperson said: “Rain at times in the south during the morning which may be heavy at times. This rain clears eastwards with brighter and drier spells developing through the day. Isolated showers in the west. Cooler than Tuesday, but not as breezy. Maximum temperature 12 °C.”
