Hyatt Shares Plans to Acquire Standard International

Lifestyle CHICAGO, IllinoisHyatt Hotels Corporation announced the planned acquisition of the brands and most of the affiliates of lifestyle company Standard International, the parent company of The Standard and Bunkhouse Hotels brands.
