More trouble for Sunita Williams? NASA fears astronauts may stay months in space: Here’s why

India-origin Nasa astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are stranded in space with no exact date for return to Earth announced. The two astronauts were unable to board their flight home after the Boeing Starliner spacecraft malfunctioned during the journey to ISS. Launched on June 5, Starliner’s first crewed test flight was projected to last only a few days. NASA has now scrapped the return three times after it failed to rectify the spacecraft’s helium leaks and thruster outage issues. Watch!

JoyGlance will debut on Rokid’s smart-glasses lineup in November, with checkout and payment features scheduled to go live in January 2026, the companies said.

Singapore's new multi-role combat vessels (MRCVs) are "almost like the battleship Galactica"in the 1970s science fiction series Battlestar Galactica, because their weapon systems and capabilities can be evolved as the mission evolves, said Defence Minister Chan Chun Sing.
Speaking on Tuesday (Oct 21) at the launch of the first Victory-class MRCV named Victory at ST Engineering's Benoi shipyard, Chan said that as Singapore's sea lines of communications extend further, new capabilities, such as the MRCVs are needed for Singapore to ensure that these strategic lines, "remain open and accessible".
