August 01, (THEWILL) The National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) has agreed to suspend its ongoing seven-day nationwide warning strike. Minister of Health, Prof. Ali Pate, disclosed this to journalists on Friday after a closed-door meeting with the leadership of the striking health workers in Abuja. Pate said the decision followed agreements reached between the Federal Government and the unions leadership during the meeting.
