Vienna – Austrian Foreign Minister Beate Meinl-Reisinger on Monday warned of rising nuclear risks and an “appalling crisis” in international affairs, calling for a “paradigm shift” away from nuclear weapons and urging remaining states to ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT).
