Politics tamfitronics Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has reiterated that he stands by his statement calling the upcoming September 21 Edo governorship election a “do-or-die” affair, despite receiving heavy criticism, particularly from the opposition. Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics TodayObaseki defended his stance, stating that if the All Progressives Congress (APC) wins, it would be disastrous for Edo people. He accused the APC of planning to rig the election and warned that the people of the state would resist such efforts.
