TP-1800 Atomic Absorption Spectrometer
* High precision fully automated optical system
The dispersion rate is 1800 strips/mm reticle large-area grating, the new self-collimating monochromator, all lenses are quartz coating, wide detection range and optical stability ensure the accuracy of analysis. The fully automatic 6 lamp holder is equipped with six independent lamp power supplies, which can be preheated separately;
* Polymer spray chamber
Anti-corrosion spray chamber for polymer materials, resistant to acids and alkalis, including hydrofluoric acid, the highest
sensitivity and stability in both organic and inorganic solutions;
* Titanium burner
Titanium burner, optional 50mm and 100mm burner, air-cooled pre-mixing type, corrosion-resistant, high salt resistance, greatly improve flame efficiency and flame analysis accuracy;
* Fully automated analysis
Safe ignition, extinguishing and switching can be completed automatically, the structure is reliable, and the failure rate is low, thus ensuring the sensitivity and reproducibility of the flame method.

Graphite furnace analysis system
* Graphite furnace temperature control
Double temperature control of internal and external gas, 20-step linear or nonlinear temperature rise, ensuring the highest
sensitivity of the element to be tested; enrichment in the furnace for 20 times, longitudinal light control to monitor the inner wall temperature of the graphite tube, up to 3000 °C.
* High-tech indicators
The sensitivity of elemental test of AA-1800 atomic absorption spectrometer reaches the international best level, the sensitivity is ≤0.015μg/mL/1%; the baseline drift is less than 0.003Abs/30m, and the stability is better than 0.005Abs/4h;
* Background correction system
The background correction is carried out by using the advanced hollow hollow cathode lamp and self-absorption buckle background to eliminate the interference of molecular absorption during low-level measurement, reduce the emission noise of the xenon lamp, prolong the service life and have excellent stability. When the background signal of the xenon lamp is 1A, the background capacity is deducted by >50 times;
* Intelligent analysis
The intelligence is very strong, humanized design, the flame and graphite furnace atomizer are automatically switched, the
graphite furnace atomizer is automatically optimized, the flame height is automatically set, the automatic ignition is performed, the horizontal position is automatically optimized, and the system automatically sets the gas flow.
