An executive at Standard Chartered, Geoff Kendrick, has made a significant prediction that Bitcoin will trade at $200,000 by next year regardless of who wins the November US presidential election. According to him, the upcoming government may revoke the Staff Accounting Bulletin -121 policy. Kendrick claimed that factors related to policy changes, an uptick in inflation expectations, and inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs would drive Bitcoins price to new all-time highs in 2025. He also asserted that a Trump victory would drive Bitcoins price to $125,000 by the end of this year.

The search for a missing Georgia man, who vanished Sunday while leaving home with his dog, continues.
Atlanta’s 11 Alive News reported that on Sunday morning, James “Greg” Powell61, left his residence in Cherokee County with his dog.
According to the Canton Police Department, Powell departed his home at 9:09 a.m. that Sunday.Police subsequently located his vehicle near the River Green Tennis Courts at 111 Racquet Club Drive in Canton.
Powell’s dog, Ally, accompanied him when he left. He reportedly dropped the dog off with a sitter and never returned home.
During Powell’s last reported sighting, he was wearing a large blue jacket and blue sweatpants.
The Canton Police Department is leading the investigation and is asking the public for any assistance in locating Powell.

Paleontologists have examined an exceptionally well-preserved, near somatically mature tyrannosaur skeleton from the Hell Creek Formation of Montana. Using growth rings, spinal fusion data and developmental anatomy, the researchers demonstrated that the new specimen was around 20 years old and physically mature.
Its skeletal features — including larger forelimbs, more teeth, fewer tail vertebrae, and distinct skull nerve patterns — are features fixed early in development and biologically incompatible with Tyrannosaurus rex.
